RMDs, they come up every year. However, with everything you have going on, don't let it be another thing you have to worry about. With Hubly you can automate the RMD process.
Once you open up your RMD workflow, click to edit the template so that you can configure the automation rules.
1. Repeating rule: Add a repeating rule that adds all of your active clients with the 'RMD' tag and set it up so that the rule triggers every year.
2. Age based rule: Add active clients 6 months before their 73rd birthday (the video demonstrates 72nd birthday but the RMD age has now increased to 73).
Now you no longer have to think about who is ready for their RMDs. You'll automatically get a notification – so put your feet up and relax.
